About the Role
As our Social Media (Branding) Intern, you will be a driving force behind Second Talent's presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, X, and beyond. You'll turn our brand story into scroll-stopping content, grow our audience, and keep a finger on the pulse of what's trending. This role is perfect for a creative, online-native person who lives and breathes social.
What You'll Do
- Plan, create, and schedule engaging content (graphics, short-form video, carousels, captions) that is on-brand and platform-native.
- Own the day-to-day publishing calendar across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and X.
- Monitor comments and DMs, engage with the community, and grow follower relationships.
- Track trends, sounds, and formats, and quickly turn them into relevant brand content.
- Collaborate with the content and design team to keep a cohesive visual identity.
- Report on key metrics (reach, engagement, growth) and share learnings to improve performance.
- Support influencer and creator collaborations where relevant.
What We're Looking For
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Design, or a related field.
- A deep, up-to-date understanding of social platforms and what makes content perform.
- Strong visual sense and a knack for writing punchy, on-brand captions.
- Hands-on with tools like Canva, CapCut, or Adobe (design/video editing a big plus).
- Creative, curious, and comfortable experimenting with new formats and ideas.
- Bonus: your own social project, portfolio, or a track record of growing an account.
