SEO Outreach Executive (Performance-Based)

Second Talent is a global talent platform that connects Startups & Enterprises with AI-native tech talent from Vietnam, the Philippines, and across Asia. We're growing our organic footprint and looking for an SEO Outreach Executive to secure high-quality backlinks and listicle placements on relevant, credible sites.

This is a performance-based role: you earn per successful placement, with no cap on how much you can place or earn. Payouts are per approved placement — a placement counts once it's live and meets the quality criteria below.

What You'll Do

• Prospect and vet websites in the tech and HR niches for outreach.
• Run link-exchange and listicle-placement campaigns end to end: sourcing, outreach, negotiation, and follow-through to live placement.
• Maintain a pipeline of outreach targets and track status through to publication.
• Keep clean records of every placement (URL, traffic data, anchor, date live).

Placement Quality Criteria

Every placement must meet all of the following to qualify for payout.

• Niche relevance: the site must be in tech or HR (or closely adjacent).
• Traffic: minimum 3K+ monthly organic traffic.
• Live & indexable placement with a working, correctly anchored link.

Placements that don't meet these criteria won't qualify for payout.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of hands-on SEO outreach / link-building experience.
• Proven track record of landing placements on relevant, real-traffic sites.
• Familiarity with traffic-estimation tools (Ahrefs, Semrush, or similar) to verify site quality.
• Strong written English for outreach and negotiation.
• Self-directed, organized, and comfortable working to clear quality standards.

Nice to Have

• Existing relationships with tech or HR publishers and blog owners.
• Experience in B2B, SaaS, staffing, or HR-tech niches.

Compensation

• $20 USD per approved link exchange.
• $30 USD per approved listicle placement.
• No monthly limit — the more quality placements you land, the more you earn.
