The AI voice interview

The voice interview is the last step before our team reviews you. An AI interviewer asks about your background and experience, and you answer out loud. It's relaxed — there are no trick questions.
How it works
- The interviewer greets you and asks the first question out loud.
- Tap Record, answer naturally, then tap Stop & submit.
- Each question adapts to your previous answer — expect 5–7 in total.
- When it finishes, our team reviews the transcript and AI summary as part of vetting.
Tips for a good interview
- Use a quiet room and allow microphone access when asked.
- Earphones make the audio clearer.
- Speak for about 30–60 seconds per answer.
- You can replay any question before answering.
Your recordings are private and used only for vetting. You'll see a short explainer before you begin that walks through all of this.
