How vetting and approval work

Once you've completed your profile and voice interview, our team reviews everything: your experience, your interview, and an internal scorecard covering technical skill, communication and seniority.
Your status
- Pending — you've submitted and we're reviewing. Your dashboard shows a 'Pending review' state.
- Approved — you're live in the talent network and can be introduced to employers. You'll get an email.
- Rejected — we're not moving forward right now; you'll get an email with the outcome.
You can keep editing your profile while you're pending — reopen the form from your dashboard.
