Finding answers in the Help Center

The Help Center holds guides for everything on the platform. There are three quick ways to find what you need:

• Search — type a keyword in the search box at the top and we'll match it across every article's title and content.
• Browse by topic — articles are grouped into categories like Your profile, Vetting and Hiring.
• Switch views — use the For talent / For clients toggle to see the articles for your side.

You can also reach the relevant article straight from most screens — look for a “Learn more” link near the top of a feature.
