Tips and shortcuts

A few small touches help you move faster around the platform:

Jump to search

On any screen with a search box — the talent directory or the vetting queue — press the / key to jump straight to it. It's ignored while you're already typing in a field.

Recently viewed

When you open a candidate's profile, it's added to a “Recently viewed” strip at the top of the talent directory so you can jump back without searching again. This history lives only in your browser; use “Clear” to wipe it.

Action confirmations

Saving a search, approving a candidate, turning alerts on or off and similar actions show a brief confirmation banner at the top of the screen so you always know it worked. It fades on its own, or click ✕ to dismiss it.

Track your progress (candidates)

Your profile page shows an “Your application” tracker — build profile, voice interview, vetting and getting matched — so you always know which step is next.
