Requesting an introduction

On any candidate's profile, choose Request intro. Our team picks it up, and a message thread opens under Requests where you can talk to us — and, once we bring the candidate in, to them too.

1. Open a candidate and select Request intro.
2. Our team reviews and coordinates the introduction.
3. Message back and forth in the request thread.
4. When it's a fit, we add the candidate to the conversation.
