Approval and access levels

Employer accounts are reviewed by our team before you see candidates. There are a few stages:

1. Pending — you've signed up and we're reviewing your account. You'll see an 'under review' screen.
2. Approved — we've curated a shortlist of ~5–6 matched candidates just for you.
3. Full access — request it from your dashboard; once granted, you unlock the full self-serve directory, search, filters, saved candidates and match sorting.
