Email notifications and digests

As well as the in-app bell, we can email you a periodic summary of what's happened — new introductions, messages, status changes and (for clients) new matches. It's a light nudge so nothing important goes cold.

Choosing how often

Open your dashboard and find the Email preferences card. You can pick:

• Weekly summary — at most one email a week, only when there's new activity. (Quiet weeks send nothing.)
• Off — no activity emails; you'll still see everything in the in-app bell.

Unsubscribing

Every digest email has an Unsubscribe link at the bottom that turns the summary off in one click. You can switch it back on anytime from the Email preferences card on your dashboard.
